TERMS OF SALES

1. The contract between Aurumvallis di M. Stura and the Customer is deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Aurumvallis di M. Stura, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order. Acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer. By placing an order through any of the available methods, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and to fully accept the general terms and conditions of sale and payment described below.

2. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity), upon completion of the online purchase procedure, they should print or save an electronic copy of these general terms and conditions of sale, in accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999 on distance selling.

3. Any right of the Customer to claim damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property arising from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, is excluded.

4. The Customer may purchase only the products listed in the electronic catalog of grifos-pens.it at the time the order is placed, as described in the relevant product information sheets.
The technical details shown on grifos-pens.it accurately reflect the information provided by the manufacturers or suppliers. Aurumvallis di M. Stura therefore reserves the right to modify such technical information to align with the manufacturers’ updates, without prior notice.
Please note that product images may not be perfectly representative of their actual features and may differ in color, size, or included accessories. All additional purchase-related materials (Glossary, Buying Guide, etc.) are provided as general informational content and do not refer to the specific characteristics of individual products.

5. The correct receipt of an order proposal is confirmed by Aurumvallis di M. Stura via an email sent to the address provided by the Customer. This confirmation will include the date and time of receipt and a Customer Order Number, which should be used for any further correspondence with Aurumvallis di M. Stura.
The confirmation email will summarize all order details entered by the Customer, who must verify their accuracy and promptly report any corrections as indicated in this document.
Customers may also check their order status by logging into their personal area under “Order Status.”
The order shall be deemed accepted only upon the dispatch of the email containing the shipment tracking code. Aurumvallis di M. Stura reserves the right to cancel any order proposal before that moment, refunding the full amount paid by the Customer. No claims for damages or compensation may be made in such cases.

6. In case an order is not accepted, Aurumvallis di M. Stura will promptly notify the Customer.

7. All prices displayed on the website are public retail prices, including VAT. Aurumvallis di M. Stura reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of an incorrect or clearly erroneous price (due to system errors, human mistakes, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if initially confirmed.

8. The website grifos-pens.it shows product availability at the time of ordering. However, since multiple users may access the site and place orders simultaneously, Aurumvallis di M. Stura cannot guarantee the actual availability of the ordered items at the time of purchase.

9. For certain promotional products, Aurumvallis di M. Stura reserves the right to accept orders with a reduced quantity, after notifying and obtaining the Customer’s consent. If no agreement is reached, the order will be considered canceled.
