TERMS OF SALES

1. The contract stipulated between Aurumvallis di M. Stura and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Aurumvallis di M. Stura, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. The acceptance is considered tacit, if not otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the general conditions and payment conditions transcribed below.

2. If the Customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he or she shall print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, retain these general terms and conditions of sale, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999 on distance sales.

3. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The customer may only purchase products present in the electronic catalogue of grifos-pens.it at the time of placing the order and viewable at http://www.grifos-pens.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. The technical information included on http://www.grifos-pens.it faithfully reproduces that of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods in the catalogue. Aurumvallis di M. Stura, therefore, reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products in order to adapt it to that provided by the manufacturers, without any prior notice. It is understood that the picture accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and may differ in colour, size, and accessory products in the picture. All information supporting the purchase (Glossary, Buying Guide, etc.) is intended as mere generic information material, not referring to the real characteristics of each individual product.

5. The correct receipt of the proposal of purchase is confirmed by Aurumvallis di M. Stura through an answer by e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will report Date and Time of receipt of the order and a ‘Customer Order Number’, to be used in any further communication with Aurumvallis di M. Stura. The message will repeat all the data inserted by the Customer, who undertakes to verify their correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the modalities described in this document. The Customer may also check the status of his order by accessing the web area dedicated to him under “Order Status”.
The order will be considered as accepted only at the moment of the sending of the e-mail with the code of the shipment, it will be therefore right of Aurumvallis di M. Stura to cancel any proposal of purchase before that moment, reimbursing entirely the amount paid by the client, without this being able to involve any request of damages or indemnity.

6. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Aurumvallis di M.Stura undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.

8. All prices on the site are intended as public prices and, therefore, VAT included. Aurumvallis di M. Stura reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice. In the event that an incorrect and/or clearly derisory price is published, for whatever reason (error in our systems, human error, etc.), the order will be cancelled, even in the event of initial validation.

9. On the site http://www.grifos-pens.it the quantities of product available at the time of the order are visible. Since the simultaneous access of many users-customers and the simultaneous possibility of “on line” orders modify the availability of the product, Aurumvallis di M. Stura does not guarantee the certainty of allocation of the ordered goods.

10. On certain products, object of price promotions, Aurumvallis di M. Stura reserves the right to accept orders reducing the quantity, after communication and acceptance by the Customer, in defect of which the order will have to be considered cancelled.
