Warranty, Withdrawal and Return

All our pens come with a certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing that they are handcrafted in Italy according to the finest goldsmith tradition.

We provide assistance, maintenance, and repair services for all our writing instruments, including cleaning, refills, cartridges, and replacement of damaged parts.

All pens are covered by a 2-year European statutory warranty against manufacturing defects and by a 14-day “Satisfaction or Refund” guarantee from the date of delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

This right allows the customer to return the product and receive a refund of the amount paid, excluding shipping costs or other additional charges (such as packaging, cash-on-delivery fees, handling, etc.).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send a written notice within 14 days of delivery, either by registered mail with return receipt or by email (followed by written confirmation).

The communication must include:

• the codes of the items to be returned,
• the bank details for the refund,
• and the invoice or sales document with the handwritten note:
  “Exercise of the right of withdrawal on [date]”, followed by the customer’s signature.

Returned products must be intact, unused, and perfectly packaged, and must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers (non-business customers without a VAT number).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized products.
