Shipping and warranty

All items have shipment by Federal Express courier included in the price.
If you require a more urgent shipment we organize it by express service (additional costs may occur). 
Aurumvallis prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to Federal Express Courier Service with special padded envelopes appropriately sealed with customised company tape.
Courier deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, non-holidays.
Aurumvallis uses the following couriers: Federal Express, TNT.
The couriers used by Aurumvallis deliver in 24-36-48 working hours depending on the availability of the recipient’s address (for islands and Calabria it can take up to 96 hours). However, these times are to be considered indicative as they may be subject to variations due to force majeure, inconvenient traffic and road conditions, strikes or acts of authority.
 
Once the shipment has been dispatched, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking code or the link where the shipment can be followed on-line. Otherwise, the Customer can inquire directly by sending an email to info@grifos-pens.it.
For courier shipments, it is mandatory to provide a valid telephone number (landline or mobile) in the contact information.
Upon delivery of the goods by the postman or courier, the customer is obliged to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, neither wet nor altered.
Custom Fees: When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. 

Sellers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package when due.

Once the Courier’s transport document has been signed, the Customer may no longer make any objection regarding the quantity and quality of the goods received.
Any possible claim concerning the delivery of the products and their characteristics at the moment of delivery must be reported to Aurumvallis at info@grifos-pens.it.
 
Damaged products or mismatch of packages: any external damage or mismatch of the number of packages must be immediately reported to the Courier, by putting the wording “withdrawal with reserve” on the Courier’s accompanying document and must also be immediately reported to Aurumvallis.
Delivery delays: Complaints may be made within 6 days of non-receipt with respect to the day scheduled for delivery, to info@grifos-pens.it.
Guarantee
 
All pens are delivered with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing that they are handcrafted, finished and carefully controlled as the highest Italian goldsmith tradition requires.
 
For each of our writing instruments we provide a qualified service, maintenance and repair, taking care of pen cleaning, refill, cartridges and reservoirs, as well as the replacement of any damaged parts.
 
Our pens come with a 2-year European statutory warranty on manufacturing defects. In addition, all pens come with a 14-day money back guarantee after the date of package receipt.
