Shipping and Warranty
Aurumvallis carefully prepares each order and ships worldwide from Italy using FedEx, TNT, DHL and postal services.
Orders are packed in padded envelopes or securely sealed boxes with the company’s custom adhesive tape.
General Information:
- Main Carriers: TNT (for Italy), FedEx (for Rest of the World).
- Exceptions: Registered mail is used only in rare cases.
- Order Processing Time: 2 business days (this is added to delivery times).

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Domestic delivery usually takes 24–48 business hours, while deliveries to islands and Calabria may require up to 96 hours.
These timeframes are indicative and may vary due to force majeure, traffic or road conditions, strikes, or local authority restrictions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code or a direct tracking link.
Please ensure you provide a valid phone number (landline or mobile) when placing your order.
Upon delivery, customers should verify that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry, and has not been tampered with.
After signing the courier’s delivery note, no further claims can be made regarding the quantity or quality of the goods received.

Attention for International Shipments
For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, India, and others), please note that import taxes, customs duties, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Aurumvallis is not liable for these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before completing your purchase.
Warranty
All pens are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing that they are handcrafted, finished, and carefully inspected according to the highest standards of Italian goldsmith craftsmanship.
We offer qualified assistance, maintenance, and repair services for all our writing instruments — including pen cleaning, refills, cartridges, converters, and the replacement of any damaged components.
Our pens include a 2-year European statutory warranty against manufacturing defects.
In addition, every pen is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
