Where it can be engraved
All our pens can be engraved: fountain pens, rollerballs, ballpoints and pencils. Online you may choose the engraving on the clip, on the cap ring and in the window: each pen’s page shows only the parts available on that model. For other parts of the pen or a longer text, please contact us before you order.

A name, a date or initials, up to 20 characters: €15. On the pen’s page, under “Personalise with an engraving”, tick the engraving and type your text.

How to order an engraved pen

Selection
Choose the pen you like and, on its page, tick the engraving on the clip, on the cap ring or in the window.

Text
Type the text exactly as it should appear, up to 20 characters on the clip or cap ring and up to 50 in the window: €15 per engraving. For the clip, you see the preview on the page right away.

Delivery
We engrave it before placing it in its Grifos box, with the certificate. It is ready in 2 business days; the courier then takes 1–2 days to deliver in Italy and 3–5 days to the rest of the world.
Engraved pens cannot be returned: we therefore recommend that you check your text carefully before ordering.

Each engraving costs €15. Online we engrave the clip and the cap ring, with up to 20 characters, and the window, with up to 50. For other parts of the pen or a longer text, please contact us before you order.

We engrave the pen before shipping. It is ready in 2 business days; the courier then takes 1–2 days to deliver in Italy and 3–5 days to the rest of the world.
In Italy €10 (express €20). In the EU and the rest of the world €25 (express €35). Standard shipping is free on orders of €80 or more.
No, engraved pens cannot be returned. For pens without engraving you have 14 days to return them.
