Free shipping from €80. Every order is prepared by hand in our workshop within 2 working days, then shipped by insured courier: 1–2 working days in Italy, 3–5 to the rest of the world, express delivery on request.

Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

Cap and barrel in sterling silver, engraved with a guilloché pattern of fine lines. Guilloché engraving is a classic of the Italian tradition, and for over three decades we have used it to decorate writing instruments in precious metal.

From our workshop
Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Handcrafted in our silversmith workshop in Italy, in solid sterling silver 925, with nickel-plated metal fittings. Each pen is hallmarked with *TO 675, our guild mark, and with the oval 925 stamp of sterling silver.
- Writing
Twisting the cap exposes the refill point. The pen comes with an international standard Schmidt refill, in black or blue ink of your choice.

Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Yes, with PayPal: in 3 interest-free instalments for orders from €20 to €3,000, or in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments with interest for orders from €120 to €5,000. Under the Add to cart button, “Learn more” shows PayPal's offer for that pen. Choose PayPal at checkout; instalments are subject to PayPal's approval.
Yes: you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, as described in our return policy. Engraved pens are personalised products and cannot be returned.

Every pen has the 2-year European legal warranty against manufacturing defects. After that, we still take care of it: cleaning, refills, cartridges, converters and replacement of damaged parts.
