Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

The story of Cappuccino
The Cappuccino is finely turned from a two-tone hard resin whose shades recall a cappuccino: a dark brown crossed by fine veins that fade into cocoa tones, creating soft, enveloping patterns.
The grip section in solid sterling silver 925 is decorated with a classic guilloché pattern, which adds a bright note to the warm colours of the resin. The pen is handcrafted in Italy.

Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Handcrafted in Italy in precious hard resin, with a solid sterling silver 925 grip section and silver-plated fittings. As members of the Italian silversmith guild, in compliance with Italian and European law, we mark each writing instrument with a rhombus-shaped stamp enclosing “*TO 675”, our guild symbol, and with the oval “925” stamp of solid silver.
- Writing
Screw cap. Dual filling system: converter or international standard cartridges, which can be found in stationery shops worldwide. Medium (M) steel nib; fine (F), extra fine (EF) and broad (B) are available on request at no extra cost, and solid 18K gold nibs are also available. On request it can also be made as a rollerball or a ballpoint pen.

Online we engrave the clip (up to 20 characters), the cap ring (up to 20) and the engraving window (up to 50), where this model has them: a name, a date, initials or a short phrase. Each engraving costs €15. For other parts of the pen or a longer text, please contact us before you order and we will tell you what can be done on this model.
Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Yes, with PayPal: in 3 interest-free instalments for orders from €20 to €3,000, or in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments with interest for orders from €120 to €5,000.
