Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

From our workshop
Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Handcrafted in solid sterling silver 925 and engraved with the guilloché technique. Each pen is hallmarked with our guild symbol *TO 675 and an oval stamp indicating 925 sterling silver.
- Writing
Snap cap. A double refilling system takes both converters and cartridges. Gold-plated steel nib in medium size; Fine, Extra Fine and Broad are available at no additional charge. The nib can be upgraded to solid 18 kt gold.

On this pen we can engrave the clip, the ring and the window: a name, a date, initials or a short phrase. Each engraving costs €15,00 and is done before the pen ships.

Frequently asked questions
Online we engrave the clip (up to 20 characters), the cap ring (up to 20) and the engraving window (up to 50), where this model has them: a name, a date, initials or a short phrase. Each engraving costs €15. For other parts of the pen or a longer text, please contact us before you order and we will tell you what can be done on this model.
Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Yes, with PayPal: in 3 interest-free instalments for orders from €20 to €3,000, or in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments with interest for orders from €120 to €5,000. Under the Add to cart button, “Learn more” shows PayPal's offer for that pen. Choose PayPal at checkout; instalments are subject to PayPal's approval.
Yes: you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, as described in our return policy. Engraved pens are personalised products and cannot be returned.

Every pen has the 2-year European legal warranty against manufacturing defects. After that, we still take care of it: cleaning, refills, cartridges, converters and replacement of damaged parts.
