Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

Silver Silk takes its name from its engraving: body and cap are solid sterling silver, covered with a guilloché so fine that the metal takes on the delicate look of silk.
Guilloché is a decorative technique rooted in the art of Fabergé. On this pen the engraving is especially intricate and dense, worked to give the silver a refined silk effect.

From our workshop
Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Handcrafted in Italy: body and cap are solid sterling silver 925 with a very fine guilloché engraving. The pen is hallmarked 925, certifying the use of sterling silver.
- Writing
The pen takes both a converter and ink cartridges. It is fitted with a stainless steel medium nib; fine, extra fine and broad nibs are available on request without any surcharge, and the pen can be upgraded to a solid 18 K gold nib, including stub and calligraphic nibs, or to a rollerball point.

Online we engrave the clip (up to 20 characters), the cap ring (up to 20) and the engraving window (up to 50), where this model has them: a name, a date, initials or a short phrase. Each engraving costs €15. For other parts of the pen or a longer text, please contact us before you order and we will tell you what can be done on this model.
Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Yes, with PayPal: in 3 interest-free instalments for orders from €20 to €3,000, or in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments with interest for orders from €120 to €5,000. Under the Add to cart button, “Learn more” shows PayPal's offer for that pen. Choose PayPal at checkout; instalments are subject to PayPal's approval.
Yes: you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, as described in our return policy. Engraved pens are personalised products and cannot be returned.

Every pen has the 2-year European legal warranty against manufacturing defects. After that, we still take care of it: cleaning, refills, cartridges, converters and replacement of damaged parts.
