Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

Covered in natural stingray skin, the galuchat leather, in a lava grey hue, this rollerball gives an unusual tactile sensation. Japanese samurai already used the skin on their sword handles to obtain the perfect grip.

From our workshop
Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Handmade by experienced craftsmen in our workshop in Italy. The pen is coated in natural stingray skin; the writing section is solid sterling silver, embellished with a prominent guilloché engraving and hallmarked 925. On request, the details can be plated in yellow, red, silver or black, or finished in oxidized silver.
The stingray skin is a by-product of the food industry, purchased regularly in Italy; under the Washington Convention (CITES) stingrays are not an endangered species. Small color differences are possible, due to the natural origin of the leather and to computer screens.
- Writing
The pen comes with an international standard rollerball refill by Schmidt Technology, the renowned German brand, for smooth, effortless writing; the refill is easy to find anywhere in the world. Black or blue ink, as you prefer. A fountain pen version can also be made.

Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
