Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

The story of Gaudí Style
The guilloché engraving takes its cue from Gaudí: a helicoid motif that spirals around the solid sterling silver cap and barrel, like the helical spirals typical of his creations.
Guilloché is an art that has become rare. Here the silver is paired with trim plated in 18 kt gold, a combination that sets this ballpoint pen apart.

From our workshop
Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Handcrafted in our silversmith atelier in Italy: cap and barrel are made of solid sterling silver 925 and engraved with a guilloché helicoid pattern, while the trim parts are 18kt gold-plated. Each pen is stamped “925” and “*TO 675”, certifying the use of sterling silver 925 and our membership in the goldsmiths' register, and is finished and carefully checked according to the Italian goldsmith tradition.
On request, before ordering, the details can be plated in yellow, red, silver or black, or made in oxidized silver.
- Writing
The mechanism is operated by a rotating cap. The pen takes international standard ballpoint refills, available in black or blue ink. It can also be ordered as a rollerball pen or a mechanical pencil.

Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Yes, with PayPal: in 3 interest-free instalments for orders from €20 to €3,000, or in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments with interest for orders from €120 to €5,000.
