Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

The story of Ultramarine
Ultramarine brings together silver and resin. The cap and grip are in solid sterling silver, finely decorated with a geometric engraving, while the body is hand-turned from a fine Italian hard resin in ultramarine blue. The metal parts are plated in 18K red gold and silver.
Engraving silver is not simple: it takes quality work and patience. Here the precise lines of the silver frame the deep blue of the body, warmed by a touch of red gold.

From our workshop
Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Made in our silversmith workshop in Italy. Cap and grip section are solid silver 925; the body is hand-turned from Italian hard resin. Metal parts are 18K red gold-plated and silver-plated. The pen is stamped with the hallmark 925 and *675 TO, attesting to sterling silver and our membership in the Italian silversmith guild.
- Writing
Screw cap. The pen comes with an international standard Schmidt rollerball refill, in black or blue ink of your choice, easy to find anywhere in the world. On request we can also make it as a fountain pen.

Online we engrave the clip (up to 20 characters), the cap ring (up to 20) and the engraving window (up to 50), where this model has them: a name, a date, initials or a short phrase. Each engraving costs €15. For other parts of the pen or a longer text, please contact us before you order and we will tell you what can be done on this model.
Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Yes, with PayPal: in 3 interest-free instalments for orders from €20 to €3,000, or in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments with interest for orders from €120 to €5,000. Every pen has the 2-year European legal warranty against manufacturing defects. After that, we still take care of it: cleaning, refills, cartridges, converters and replacement of damaged parts.
