Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

The story of Silver and Green Lacquer
The gleaming green lacquer of the barrel is a classic finish that never goes out of fashion. We paired it with a cap in solid sterling silver, engraved with a guilloché design that imitates the bark of a tree, and with gold-plated details.
Guilloché, a technique rooted in the art of the master Fabergé, is a rare art today, and it is what makes each pen one of a kind. This rollerball is made in our silversmith workshop in Italy.

Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Handmade in our silversmith atelier in Italy. The cap is solid sterling silver 925, engraved by hand with the guilloché technique; the barrel is green lacquered metal and the details are gold plated. The pen is stamped with the hallmarks 925 and *675 TO, attesting to the use of sterling silver and our membership in the silversmith guild. On request, the details can be plated in yellow, red, silver or black, or finished in oxidized silver.
- Writing
The pen comes with an international standard rollerball refill by Schmidt Technology, the renowned German brand, for smooth, effortless writing; the refill is easy to find anywhere in the world. Black or blue ink, as you prefer. The cap snaps open and can be posted on the barrel. A fountain pen version can also be made.

Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Yes, with PayPal: in 3 interest-free instalments for orders from €20 to €3,000, or in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments with interest for orders from €120 to €5,000. Every pen has the 2-year European legal warranty against manufacturing defects. After that, we still take care of it: cleaning, refills, cartridges, converters and replacement of damaged parts.
