Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

The story of Ciselè
The Ciselè shares its name with its decoration: the solid sterling silver is covered by a guilloché engraving in a chiselled motif, ciselé in French. Nickel- and rhodium-plated details keep the whole pen in silver tones.
As Maurizio Stura of Grifos says, engraving silver is not simple: it takes quality work and patience. Guilloché, a classic of Italian tradition, has decorated our pens for over three decades.

From our workshop
Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Handcrafted in solid sterling silver 925, with nickel and rhodium-plated metal details. Each pen is stamped 925, attesting to the precious metal used.
- Writing
The mechanism is operated by turning the cap. It takes standard international ballpoint refills, in black or blue ink, available in all stationery shops. On request it can also be made as a rollerball or a mechanical pencil.

Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Yes, with PayPal: in 3 interest-free instalments for orders from €20 to €3,000, or in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments with interest for orders from €120 to €5,000. Under the Add to cart button, “Learn more” shows PayPal's offer for that pen. Choose PayPal at checkout; instalments are subject to PayPal's approval.

Every pen has the 2-year European legal warranty against manufacturing defects. After that, we still take care of it: cleaning, refills, cartridges, converters and replacement of damaged parts.
