Gift box, certificate & warranty
Every Grifos pen arrives in its gift box with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarked 925 and *675 TO when made of silver. It is covered by the 2-year European warranty, and our workshop offers lifetime assistance: cleaning, refills and replacement of parts worn by use.

The solid silver body is enhanced by a refined vintage guilloché engraving with a tree bark effect, which gives the pen a unique, distinctive character. The 18 kt gold-plated details complete the design.

Every Grifos pen is made by hand in our workshop in Castiglione Torinese.
- Craftsmanship
Built by hand in our workshop in Italy, in sterling silver 925 with 18 kt gold-plated metal details. The solid silver body is engraved with the vintage guilloché technique, creating a tree bark effect.
- Writing
The cap screws on. The pen takes a converter and/or international standard cartridges, widely available in stationery stores. The gold-plated steel nib is medium; fine (F), extra fine (EF) and broad (B) are available with no price variation. On request, solid 18 kt gold nibs are available at additional cost, in yellow or white gold, in F, M or B. The pen can also be made as a rollerball or ballpoint pen.

Yes, we also engrave company logos and symbols. Please contact us before ordering at info@grifos-pens.it: complex symbols may need more time and an additional cost.
We prepare every order in 2 working days. Then the insured courier delivers in 1–2 working days in Italy (up to 4 for the islands and Calabria) and in 3–5 working days to the rest of the world. When the pen leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping is free on orders from €80. Below €80 it costs €10 in Italy and €25 to the rest of Europe and the world; express delivery can be chosen at checkout. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Yes, with PayPal: in 3 interest-free instalments for orders from €20 to €3,000, or in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments with interest for orders from €120 to €5,000. Under the Add to cart button, “Learn more” shows PayPal's offer for that pen. Choose PayPal at checkout; instalments are subject to PayPal's approval.

Every pen has the 2-year European legal warranty against manufacturing defects. After that, we still take care of it: cleaning, refills, cartridges, converters and replacement of damaged parts.
